No. It’s a monthly healthcare membership. It gives you virtual care and lower-cost prescriptions, and it works alongside insurance rather than replacing it. It doesn’t cover hospital stays, surgery or emergencies, and it doesn’t meet the Affordable Care Act’s minimum coverage requirements.

If you have a high-deductible plan, many members use their membership for everyday needs so they don’t pay toward the deductible for a sinus infection or a refill.

Care is delivered by a national network of independent, licensed providers. After you join you’ll get a welcome email to set up your member portal and download the app. That’s where you book visits and manage prescriptions.

Plans start at $19.97 a month for one person. Two Party and Family options cover your household for one monthly price. See all plans and prices.

Individual Revive Rx and Revive Value plans start with 30 days on us. We ask for a card at signup, and your first bill is $0. If you keep your membership, you’re billed monthly starting after day 30. Cancel within your first 30 days and you pay nothing. Revive Care, Revive Plus, and all Two Party and Family plans don’t include the free month; they’re billed monthly from the day you join. Cancel online any time.

Benefits are typically ready within 48 hours of signup, depending on your plan, and you can speak with a physician within 48 hours. Watch for your welcome email to set up your member portal and app. Activation isn’t processed on weekends.

No health questions and no medical history. We only ask for what’s needed to set up your membership: names, dates of birth, gender and contact details for each person covered.

Family covers up to 7 people, including you: a spouse or partner, up to 5 children ages 2 to 17 and up to 2 adult children ages 18 to 26. Two Party covers you and a spouse or domestic partner.

Yes. Many members keep their insurance for big, unexpected costs and use their membership for everyday care and prescriptions.

Your membership covers 100% of the cost of prescriptions on the medication list. You pay nothing extra: no copays and no charge at the pharmacy or for home delivery. The list includes 1,000+ maintenance medications and 70+ urgent medications, with pickup at 70,000+ pharmacies. You can search the medication list before you join.

Yes. Contact us and we’ll move you to a different plan or tier. The new price applies from your next billing date.

Use our cancellation form any time. On an Individual Revive Rx or Revive Value plan, cancel within your first 30 days and you pay nothing. Otherwise, we stop your next payment and your membership stays active through the end of the period you’ve paid for. Full details are in the membership terms.

Go to My account and choose Billing and payment method. Enter the email on your membership and we’ll send you a secure login link where you can change your card and download receipts.

We’ll let you know by email and text and try the card again. If we can’t collect payment after a few tries, the membership ends. You can update your card any time to avoid a gap.

Group rates are quoted for each employer, based on your team and the plans you choose. Every plan can be offered to groups. Request a group quote and we’ll reply within one business day.

Once the agreement is signed and the first payment is in, we set up your company portal and send you an eligibility template. Your team can start using the benefit as soon as their details are loaded.
