Share your personal link so every enrollment is credited to you.
Steps
- Apply to partner at https://myhealthmembership.com/brokers.
- Complete contracting. We send the broker agreement and commission schedule.
- Get your referral link and broker code during onboarding.
- Share your link with clients. It looks like https://myhealthmembership.com/?broker=YOURCODE.
- Clients who visit through your link and enroll are tied to your broker code.
Good to know
- Ask clients to enroll from the link itself so your code carries through.
- Bringing an employer group? Contact us and we'll take it from there.
