Change your plan or household size
Move up or down a plan, or switch between Individual, Two Party and Family.
Steps
- Compare plans and prices at https://myhealthmembership.com/plans.
- Submit the support form at https://myhealthmembership.com/help#support, or call 1-833-589-9957.
- Tell us your name, the email on your membership, and the plan or household size you want.
- Watch for our confirmation. The change takes effect on your next billing date.
Good to know
- The new price applies from your next billing date.
- Plan changes need our team. They can't be made in the member portal.
- Please don't include medical details in your request.
