Get a prescription filled

How covered medications reach you, either at a local pharmacy or by free home delivery.

Steps

Book a visit in the member app or member portal, or ask your own doctor if you're on Revive Rx.
If your doctor prescribes an urgent medication, it's sent to a local pharmacy near you.
Show your membership card at the pharmacy counter and pick it up at no cost.
If it's a daily maintenance medication on the list, it's set up for free home delivery.
For medications not on the list, show your pharmacy discount card to pay less.

Urgent medications are free up to $250 per person per year.
If an outside doctor prescribes a covered medication, tell them it's covered by your membership.
Providers don't prescribe controlled substances, and a visit doesn't guarantee a prescription.
