Log in to the member portal

Steps

Go to https://member.myrevive.health, or go to https://myhealthmembership.com/account and choose the health portal.
Enter the email you enrolled with.
Enter the password you created from your welcome email.
Select sign in.

If you haven't set a password yet, finish setup from your welcome email first.
Billing is separate. To change your card or get receipts, use Billing and payment method on the My account page.
The member app uses the same login as the member portal.
